Returns are for Store Credit only. At this time Jennifer Greenwood Jewelry does not offer refunds. If you decide that a piece you ordered isn't the right fit for you, please reach out to the studio via email at info@jennifergreenwoodjewelry.com or phone (508)901-9282) to coordinate an exchange.
If you are unsure about an item you are considering, please do not hesitate to call the studio if you'd like more information or additional images or even video of a piece before you make your purchase. It’s my pleasure to ensure in whatever I can that your purchase meets your expectations.
Requirements for Items Returned for Store Credit:
Items may be returned for store credit as long as the return is initiated within 7 days of purchase. The jewelry must be in unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition to qualify for an exchange. Pieces that do not meet these conditions are ineligible for return. Custom items, rings that have been re-sized, items made-to-order, and pieces that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.
Store Credit:
When the item is received at the studio it will be evaluated to ensure that it meets all criteria and a credit will be recorded in the name of the purchaser minus initial shipping costs (for orders that qualified for complimentary shipping, this amount is $25). This credit does not expire and will be kept on record at the studio. Alternatively you may request a gift card for the store credit amount.
April through December, returns will be processed within 24-48 hours of arrival at the 2 Union Street studio; an email confirmation will be sent once the credit has been recorded. Please contact the studio January through March for expected processing times and shipping information. -
Purchases are shipped via Fedex with tracking provided and fully insured unless another service provider is specifically requested. A signature is required for all deliveries unless the purchaser waives this requirement. Jennifer Greenwood Jewelry is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipment.
Cost:
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is via Fedex at a flat rate of $25.Express Service shipping is available for an extra fee and arrives in 2 business days. Please contact the studio to ensure that we can meet your desired express shipment dates before placing your order.
Timing:
In season (April through December), in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days from time of purchase. January through March, shipping times may vary but will ship within 10 days from the time of purchase. Please contact the studio if your order requires a faster shipping window.Unless otherwise specified, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are sending an item back for exchange or repair, please be sure to track and insure all packages.

Jennifer Greenwood Jewelry is made to last and quality is of utmost importance. Any repairs due to manufacturing (handcrafting) issues will be completed free of charge for one year from the date of purchase.
Damages to pieces that are NOT due to a manufacturing issue, or repairs required after one year will be accepted for repair on a case-by-case basis. Costs for this type of repair will be charged to the customer. Estimates for repairs/replacements will be provided upon request and are valid for one month.
